Using PHR Lite, you can track blood glucose levels, blood pressure, calorie intake, cholesterol levels, height, weight, body mass index (BMI) and body fat percentage. Key features of Stabilix PHR Lite are, Manage personal health records of an individual. Provides charts for visualizing changes in health records over a period of time. Supports PHR data entry in imperial or metric system. Add notes to PHR readings. Using Stabilix PHR Lite, you can track the following, Blood sugar - Track blood sugar readings in mg/dL or mmol/L. Blood pressure - Track systolic (mmHg or kPa), diastolic (mmHg or kPa) and pulse (bpm) readings. Calorie intake - Track daily calorie intake (cal or J). Cholesterol levels - Track various cholesterol readings such as LDL, HDL, Triglycerides and Total Cholesterol (mg/dL or mmol/L). Body measurement - Track height (feet or cm), weight (kg or pounds) and other body measurements (neck, abdomen, waist and hip). Calculate body mass index (BMI) and body fat percentage.
